Coach Mako / Sporting Director IFC Atlanta 

Coach Mako is the Sporting Director for IFC Atlanta. His coaching philosophy is centered on
developing well-rounded individuals who excel in soccer, academics and community
engagement.
 

He currently serves as Assistant Soccer Coach at Life University where he coaches the
Women’s soccer team. Previously, he was an Assistant Soccer Coach at Mineral Area College,
Missouri, and Southern Soccer Academy (SSA). He graduated from Columbia College with a
bachelor’s degree in Biology: Certified Personal trainer, Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He
is a member of the NSCA.

Prior to coaching, Mako played soccer professionally for Kick4Life F.C. (Lesotho Premier
League), Erie Commodores F.C. (NPSL), Columbia College (NAIA), Little Rock Rangers FC and
Ballard FC (USL2). He also played professional indoor soccer for the Kansas City Comets
(Major Arena Soccer League).

He represented the Lesotho National Team at the U-17 and U-20 levels.
