Coach Fernando De Barros - 2014 Boys & 2015 Girls Coach
Coach Fernando De Barros serves as the Sporting Director of IFC Atlanta, bringing over a decade of coaching and technical leadership experience to the club. Holding a USSF B License, he has guided more than 40 players to collegiate and professional opportunities through his proven development system. A former professional and semi-professional player, Coach Fernando blends his playing background with a deep passion for player growth. Renowned for his technical and detail-oriented approach, he focuses on developing complete, intelligent players with strong foundations—athletes who can excel and adapt within any competitive club environment.
Assistant Sporting Director

Coach Mako - 2015 Girls Coach
Coach Mako serves as the Head Coach for the IFC Atlanta 2015 Girls team, bringing a well-rounded approach that emphasizes excellence in soccer, academics, and community involvement. He is currently an Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach at Life University and has previously coached at Mineral Area College (Missouri) and Southern Soccer Academy (SSA). A graduate of Columbia College with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Coach Mako is a Certified Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and NSCA member. His playing career includes professional stints with Kick4Life F.C. (Lesotho Premier League), Erie Commodores F.C. (NPSL), Little Rock Rangers FC, Ballard FC (USL2), and Kansas City Comets (MASL). He also represented Lesotho’s National Team at the U-17 and U-20 levels, experiences that now inspire his holistic and disciplined coaching philosophy.

Coach Santi - 2011 Girls Coach
Coach Santi serves as the Head Coach for the IFC Atlanta 2011 Girls team, bringing a dynamic blend of technical expertise, energy, and passion to every session. A Parkland College graduate and former semi-professional player, Santi also contributes as an FDB Technical Trainer, Futsal Coach, and Academy Coach. Known for his high-energy coaching style and commitment to player growth, his philosophy emphasizes technical excellence, game intelligence, and continuous improvement—helping each player reach their full potential both on and off the field.

Coach Gregorio - 2014 Boys Coach
Coach Gregorio Rocamora serves as the Head Coach for the IFC Atlanta 2014 Boys team, bringing over three years of coaching experience and four competitive seasons in the UPSL. A former semi-professional player with a background in professional academy youth development, Gregorio is known for his blend of technical precision, creativity, and tactical insight. His sessions emphasize clean execution, confident 1v1 play, and expressive, attack-minded soccer. With a focus on developing intelligent and fearless players, Coach Gregorio strives to help each athlete impact the game with skill, confidence, and imagination.

Coach Emilio Juarez - 2016 Boys Coach
Coach Emilio Juarez serves as the Head Coach for the IFC Atlanta 2016 Boys team, bringing over three years of coaching experience and two competitive seasons as a UPSL player. A dedicated FDB Technical Trainer and Futsal Coach, Emilio combines his on-field experience with a strong understanding of player development. Known for his high energy, communication, and strong game IQ, he creates engaging and purposeful sessions that challenge players to think critically, adapt quickly, and perform at their best—both individually and as a team.
